Return and Refund Policy for House plans and E-books
At Homeinner, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales of electronic files are final. Once you have received your purchased files, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why Are Refunds Not Possible?
- Digital Delivery: Electronic files are delivered via email or instant delivery upon purchase, and access cannot be revoked once granted.
- Non-Returnable Nature: Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned, so we cannot resell them after they’ve been downloaded.
Exceptions
We will gladly review and address any of the following issues:
- File Corruption: If the file is corrupted or unreadable, we will provide a new, functioning file.
- Incorrect File: If you receive the wrong file, we will promptly send you the correct one.
- Technical Support: If you experience difficulties accessing your files, please contact us at info@homeinner.com within 2 days of delivering (Email delivery), and we’ll assist you.
